Do you stack the wood?
A cord is a standard firewood measurement equaling 128 cubic feet of tightly stacked wood, typically arranged in a stack 4 feet high, 8 feet long, and 4 feet deep.

Common Comparisons:

-
Pickup Load (6-ft Bed): A loosely stacked 6-foot pickup bed generally holds about 1/4 to 1/3 of a cord, depending on the height of the load.
-
Pickup Load (8-ft Bed): An 8-foot pickup bed loosely stacked will hold roughly 1/3 to 1/2 of a cord.
-
Rick: A rick (or face cord) is typically 4 feet high and 8 feet long. With 16-inch logs, it’s about 1/3 of a cord, but this doesn’t account for loose stacking.

Knowing these conversions ensures you get fair value whether buying firewood by the cord, rick, or pickup load!
Sure we do!

We're happy to deliver in the Rogersville area for dump trailer loads. If you'd like a smaller quantity, we'll apply a reasonable delivery fee based on milage. Generally it's anywhere from $20-$50.
I generally don't. If this is a major issue for you, let me know and perhaps we can work something out. There will probably be a hefty fee that involves cookies or pudding.
